  Ron from iLocksmiths was great. After my dogwalker's key broke off in the deadbolt on the day after the last big snowstorm, I had to climb through a snow bank to get inside the house through a basement door. After that, I was basically locked inside because I couldn't get the deadbolt unlocked from the inside either.

Ron came out when no one else would. Although it was bad weather and after hours, the charge to replace the locks was reasonable. iLocksmiths is a great find and the only locksmith company I will use going forward.

  Very Very Very professional.  I called in a slight panic because the keys for my organization's van were misplaced.  And I was concerned that someone could get into the van.  The person who answered the phone helped me to feel better and promised that someone would be there to take care of it.  Abe showed up when he said he would, the job was done in no time and the price was in my opinion very fair.  I highly reccomend iLocksmiths!!!

  Our main door lock stopped locking properly so required a locksmith at very short notice. Abe was excellent in organizing an appt within a few hours and Ron was assigned to us. After his inspection he found and showed us how the lock was broken. He replaced ours with a better quality replacement. Ron was very polite and professional.   I saved this dudes number in my phone as THE KEYMASTER.
My work van only has one key and of course it snapped while on the job. The work van is a sprinter and most locksmiths will not fuck around with make a sprinter key. This dude said yes, it took a day or two longer then I was hoping for it to but he got the job done and more then made up for it.
I own a small business & I stress out when a customer isn't happy. I don't take for granted their business and Abe does the same. When shit wasn't going our way, I felt like he was more mad then me.

  I called iLocksmiths today to replace two locks on our front door. The technician got stuck in traffic, but he called to apologize and I wasn't in a hurry so I didn't mind the slight delay. When he arrived, he patiently explained and walked me through a number of different lock and pricing options. Once I made my choices, he had to go and get some other equipment. I had to leave but our contractor was at the house so the locksmith came back to finish the job after fetching the equipment. He texted me when finished with pictures of the completed job. Overall, very satisfied with the professional work and friendly and enthusiastic service.

  Called iLocksmiths last weekend when I was locked out in the wee hours of the morning. I could not have been happier with the service I received. It was such a pain to be locked out, but when I called, the people at iLocksmiths both at their headquarters and on the way were very friendly and patient.
